JFit is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Program design to help increase your overall fitness and includes some cardio, strength, agility, coordination and balance. Each class is programmed to target specific areas and rarely will you see 2 classes with the same workout.
Our classes are welcoming and designed to be inclusive of those who are just starting their fitness journey or those who are already including fitness in their weekly routine. Each movement can be modified for the beginner or increased the intensity for those wanting to push themselves.
Most members join our group for fitness but quickly realize they keep coming for the community and the laughs we all share in class.
